Biljana is a dedicated dental hygienist with a passion for promoting holistic well-being through optimal oral health. In addition to her degree in dental hygiene, Biljana holds a Master's in public health. She has extensive experience and advanced training in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and laser therapy. Biljana strives toward the highest quality of care and patient-focused education regarding the crucial connection between oral hygiene and systemic health. Her mission is to perform the highest quality of patient care in a kind and compassionate manner.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.

Faye - Dental Assistant

Faye has been working as a dental assistant in general dentistry offices for twenty-five years. She finds great joy in helping and interacting with patients, and her friendly personality helps her establish a warm and positive connection with them, making them feel like a part of our dental family.

Outside of work, Faye enjoys traveling, dining out, and spending time with her two children and family. Faye feels lucky to be a part of the team at Riverdale Dental Arts and enjoys working with them.

Val - Office Manager

Val is the office manager at Riverdale Dental Arts. With 12 years of robust and extensive experience in the dental field, her journey began at the New York School of Medical and Dental Assistants, where she earned her certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA). Education has been a cornerstone in her career. She completed her Associate degree in Health Science from Borough of Manhattan College and a Bachelor's in Health Care Administration from Lehman College.

Beyond the dental office, her passion for community service drives her to volunteer for The Office With Developmental Disabilities of the State of New York. This fulfilling experience allows her to contribute to a cause close to her heart. Hailing from Toronto, Canada, her multicultural background has been instrumental in shaping her approach to patient care and community involvement.

Away from the office, Val also finds joy in exploring different cultures through travel, experimenting with diverse cuisines in her kitchen, delving into captivating books, and cherishing precious moments with her family. This amalgamation of experiences and skills has not only shaped her professional journey but also enriched her personal life, fostering a well-rounded perspective in all that she does.
